Privacy Policy
Effective November 8, 2026
Accident LLC operates accident.llc, its state websites, and quiz.accident.llc. Contact us at contact@accident.llc with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
Our review form collects your name, email, telephone number, accident state, approximate timing, accident type, fault assessment, injury category, treatment status, and whether you have an attorney. The visual quiz also lets you provide medical bills to date, lost income to date, and whether you have missed work. These optional amounts are self-reported, not settlement estimates. Quiz answers are sent to our intake system when you submit your contact form and consent. We also record your consent, submission time, and campaign identifier. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance credentials, or other documents through this form.
How we use and share information
We use your information to review and respond to your request, organize intake, and determine a possible next step. Cloudflare hosts the website and database and provides security checks. Inflowave stores and organizes intake in our customer management workspace. These service providers process information to operate the service.
If an exclusive partner firm is available for your state, we identify that firm before you submit and ask permission to share your request with it. If no firm is named, your submission stays with Accident LLC for manual review. We do not broadcast your submission to multiple firms. We do not use this form to enroll you in automated marketing texts.
Security and technical data
We use encrypted connections and restricted administrator access. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP addresses and browser signals, to protect the site. Our application uses a rotating hashed IP identifier for rate limiting; those counters expire after two hours. Cloudflare Turnstile may process additional security information under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain intake records while reviewing and managing your request and as needed for legitimate business or legal obligations. Email contact@accident.llc to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity. Deletion requests are reviewed across both our website database and Inflowave; applicable legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
Cookies and external services
The public site uses security technology needed to protect the form. The administrator site uses Cloudflare Access authentication cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and progress through the form, including successful requests. Analytics receives technical connection information and a cookie identifier, the website hostname and state, and numbered form steps. We do not send your form answers, reported expenses, contact information, or intake identifier to Google Analytics. Page URLs sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Known published article addresses identify content being read; unrecognized article addresses are grouped. We also use a fixed list of campaign labels and recognized referral website origins to measure how visitors find us, without sending search terms or arbitrary campaign text. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Google Analytics does not load before you accept optional analytics. Use Cookie preferences on any public page to accept, decline, or withdraw permission. Your choice is stored for up to six months and shared across accident.llc and its subdomains; Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. Declining does not affect your ability to submit a request. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy practices. Our typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information. External sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
Adults and updates
This service is intended for adults. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this policy and will show the new effective date here.
